Job Description
Our client is a leading supplier of premium lingerie, activewear and knitwear. They collaborate closely with top European and American brands and retailers, focusing on delivering high-quality, trend-forward products.
They are now seeking a highly talented individual to lead their global team to define and embed best-in-class 3D processes and deliver strategic digital solutions that enhance speed to market, innovation and customer collaboration.
Digital 3D Lead - The Role:
• Provide technical leadership, coaching, and capability development
• Set clear objectives and performance standards
• Own and drive the 3D digital strategy aligned with business needs
• Continuously evolve 3D capabilities, tools, and workflows
• Act as subject-matter expert for 3D
• Standardise and optimise end-to-end 3D product development processes
• Drive efficiency improvements and reduce physical sampling
• Integrate 3D into PLM and product development workflows
• Support customer-facing teams with 3D-led solutions
• Enable co-creation and virtual reviews
• Partner with Design, PD, Technical, and Supply Chain teams
• Explore and implement new digital tools and technologies
• Drive innovation initiatives and digital roadmaps
Digital 3D Lead – The Candidate:
- Degree or equivalent in Fashion, Product Development or related field.
- Additional digital or 3D qualifications or expertise in CLO, Browzwear or similar.
- Proven leadership of global or regional teams in 3D product development.
- Strong understanding of apparel construction and product development processes.
- Passionate about digital innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong collaborator and influencer.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic and future focused.
